If you’re a highly qualified student with a four-year degree in business or engineering, this MSc programme lets you run at full throttle to complete a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management. If you have a degree in a field other than business or a three-year degree, the Extended programme is for you.

Term 3 (July to December)
(Minimum 4 months, maximum 6 months)
During your final Term, you will complete an individual internship, a collective company mission for a company, or a research project. This is an opportunity for you to further develop your expertise in either supply chain management, logistics or procurement. Our career services consultants, strong corporate network, and successful Alumni network will support you in making your professional objectives a reality.
Internship or Company Mission
You’ll secure your work experience anywhere in the world with the assistance of our career advisors. This professional mission will be guided by a faculty member, so you’ll gain both a hands-on practical understanding and an academic one – something that looks good on any resume.
Examples of companies MSCPM students have interned with include: Airbus, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Energizer, IKEA, L’Oréal, Samsung, Valeo
Internships in France are paid; this will vary from country to country, depending on local laws. Apply your knowledge and skills within your sector, and further strengthen your network and employability.
Research Project
Instead, you may choose to work on a research project with a faculty member, delving into research questions applied to concrete company problems.
Concurrent with Terms 2 and 3 (January to November)
Delve into your real-world international study of a current topic within supply chain and purchasing management that will influence the trajectory of your career. This dissertation is both academic and practical, allowing you to showcase what you have learned and how you plan to apply it.
You’ll write this dissertation and can defend it either in person in Nantes or from any place in the world via online communication tools.
While your programme is 100% English-taught, you have the option of adding French to your steadily increasing list of qualifications – for work or for fun!
You will have the opportunity to take optional French language courses in September before the programme begins. Audencia offers a four-week French language course with 20 hours of lessons a week for an additional cost of €600.
You may also learn independently at any time using your exclusive online access to Assimil, a proven intuitive language learning method, provided at no additional cost.
Additionally, you can choose to attend French as a Foreign Language (FLE) evening classes at the University of Nantes’ language department, which is situated just across the road from our main campus. If you have a four-year bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering field, you can skip this stage and dive directly into the MSc programme. Note that the Extended MSc is still strongly recommended for anyone without a degree in business in order to ensure you begin your studies at the same level as your peers.
If you have a four-year bachelor’s degree in a field other than business or a three-year bachelor’s degree in any field, you will need to successfully complete an additional 30 ECTS from July to October as part of the Extended MSc before starting the core MSc programme courses mid-October.

For those with a three-year bachelor’s degree in the field of business, the Extended MSc will allow you to deepen your business knowledge, improve your soft skills, learn how to work in multicultural teams and acquire knowledge on the latest business innovations.

For those with a three-year or four-year bachelor’s degree in a non-business field, the Extended MSc is the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the foundational principles of management, improve your soft skills, learn how to work in multicultural teams and acquire knowledge on the latest business innovations.
Information technology & Fundamentals in management:
You’ll start online (4 July 2022) with a look at innovation in business through three courses in information technology and fundamentals in management.
Core courses:
Starting mid-August, you may join us on campus to study seven core business courses to acquire a solid foundation for your future MSc programme. You will explore each subject in depth and test your knowledge through extensive business simulations.
Once you’ve completed the 30 ECTS from July to October, you're ready to start the MSc courses.

1. Submitting your application
Complete the online application (recommended by 31 January for the October intake). Upon completion, you’ll pay the €100 application fee using any major credit card. If you cannot use a credit card, you may contact the Office of International Affairs for alternatives.
Your application will be evaluated within seven days. If you qualify, step two will also occur within seven days of your application.
2. Admission interview
At a prearranged time, you will have a 15-20 minute exchange with an admissions counsellor to assess your level of English and make sure that you are a good fit for the programme.
3. Admission decision
Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis. You should have a decision immediately following your interview. If your application is borderline and requires further review by the programme director, you will have an admission decision within eight days of your interview. Please do expect some delay during holidays.
4. Acceptance
Congratulations! If admitted, you’re invited to officially join the programme. You’ll sign a contract and pay the first instalment of the tuition fees: €1,500 (non-refundable).

*Audencia scholarships are for international applicants only, and are subject to availability of funds and final decision from Audencia’s scholarship committee. Quality applications are given priority.
