Built in collaboration with industry
As a graduate, you’ll be uniquely qualified for top positions in engineering and management. Audencia developed this original programme in partnership with four national and international corporations looking to hire engineers with managerial skills: PwC, Société Générale, Valeo, Netatmo.
Learn from top-performing faculty with expertise in accounting, marketing, finance, statistics, logistics, project management, languages and more. Build your network with company visits, guest speakers, real-world projects, study abroad options and an internship.
You’ll gain a solid understanding of the foundational principles of international management and develop relevant skills in problem solving and innovation, as well as begin defining the shape of your programme with electives.
Core courses
Electives
At this point in the programme, you’ll have built a solid foundation in management. Now it’s time to select courses that will prepare you as a specialist in your area(s) of interest.

September 2023 Intake
As of September 2023, the following majors will be available to students:
Selecting your specialisation
If you’d like to reserve a spot in your preferred specialisation, you can select it before starting classes. If you do this, your choice is final and you cannot switch later in the year.
To lock your specialisation
Inform admissions of your choice before 15 May. There is a selection process. Shortly after (in June), admissions will confirm if you have been admitted to your area of choice and reserve your place.
To decide later
You don’t have to decide now! You may also start your classes as “undeclared” and select a specialisation later. Your choice is subject to available seats.
During the summer, you’ll further refine your expertise. Students joining the programme for the spring intake will complete their summer term in Nantes. Students joining the programme for the fall 2023 intake will have the option of completing their summer term in Nantes or abroad at one of four partner institutions (additional tuition fees apply):
Summer term in Nantes:
Small group study and projects are an integral part of the summer term on the main Audencia campus in Nantes. Possible options include:
Summer term abroad:
Students joining the programme in fall 2023 will have the option of completing their summer term abroad at one of the following partner institutions:
An additional tuition fee of €8,000 applies to students opting to study abroad.
At the end of the programme, you’ll apply your newfound expertise within your area of specialisation. The required four- to six-month internship serves as a springboard for entry into professional life. This internship allows you to build connections with our network of corporate partners in France and abroad, as well as further strengthen your international portfolio and employability.
You’ll secure your internship with a company of your choice (with the assistance of our internal job board), and a faculty member will oversee the internship so that you’ll gain a hands-on practical understanding and an academic one – something that looks good on any résumé. Internships in France are paid; this will vary from country to country, depending on local laws.
Students and graduates of this programme have interned with companies like Airbus, Crédit Agricole, Danone, Nokia, Proctor & Gamble and Société Générale.
Our reputation, quality, network, and locations provide you with training from the best in both industry and academia. The knowledge, experience and vast network you’ll gain will prepare you to lead in international business.
